Vermont

This past week I was on a CRM gig in Vermont. As usual, my hosts were pleasant and competent. We achieved all of the specified aims, although the data mapping and import still needs to be done. I will assist with that remotely.

When I left St. Johnsbury, I took secondary roads as far as Amsterdam, New York, just west of Albany. The small towns of Vermont and upstate New York are consistently neat and pleasant. I try to take a different route on each of my driving trips so as to see as much of both America and Canada as I can. However, I did take the New York State Throughway from Amsterdam to home, as it was threatening rain. I did get some rain near St. Catherines, and finally made it home at about 2am.

I spent the rest of the weekend relaxing, and did a pleasant 5k recreational run on Sunday morning. The next 2 weeks will be mostly catch-up and minor development work, in preparation for my annual kayaking holiday at the end of June.
