My mother decided she wanted a shed in the back yard. There's lots of room in the garage, but more of my machine tools will be arriving, and she thought the gardening tools would be more convenient in the yard where they're used. So off we went about a month ago to Home Depot and purchased a shed kit.
The instructions claim that assembly would take 90 minutes. After 4 half-day sessions, it's finally complete. It does look pretty good.
Today I take off with Andris for our annual holiday. This coming week we'll be on a houseboat on Lake Temagami, then paddling our kayaks from Smith's Falls to Ottawa. Last year was thoroughly relaxing, I expect this year will be the same.
